Best of all, you can complete your training in as little as nine months.

On-campus Medical Assistant Program

If you’re looking for a more traditional education experience, PCI’s on-campus Medical Assistant Program allows you to prepare for an in-demand medical support job in as little as nine months. You’ll get hands-on experience in a number of important clinical and administrative skills, including checking vital signs, assisting with physical exams, scheduling appointments and performing basic lab tests.

Medical Office Assistant Program

In as little as six months, you can become a vital part of any physician’s office. PCI’s Medical Office Assistant training program offers comprehensive training to prepare you for a front office role in a doctor’s practice. Upon completion, you’ll be qualified to work in roles like Medical Front Office Assistant, Medical Office Manager, Insurance Processor, Billing and Collections and Support Specialist.

Available at our Richardson, TX location, PCI’s Dental Assistant Program can prepare you for a career in as little as nine months. You’ll learn a variety of in-demand skills including performing X-rays, assisting with dental procedures, conducting administrative tasks with dental software and scheduling and coordinating appointments.
